We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for Denmark based in Sønderborg to act as a trusted partner for managers and employees while ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations, including responsibility for payroll input in collaboration with an external provider.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Danish labor law
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and oversee onboarding
  • Coordinate performance management and annual salary reviews
  • Support talent development, training, and engagement initiatives
  • Own payroll input and work closely with the payroll provider to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and support audits
  • Drive HR projects, process improvements, and change initiatives


Your Profile

  • Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law
  • High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Experience in fast‑paced or operational environments is a plus


Additional Information

  • Monthly travel to Aalborg (Ålborg) for one to two days required
