Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Danish labor law
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and oversee onboarding
- Coordinate performance management and annual salary reviews
- Support talent development, training, and engagement initiatives
- Own payroll input and work closely with the payroll provider to ensure accuracy
- Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and support audits
- Drive HR projects, process improvements, and change initiatives
- Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law
- High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset
- Experience in fast‑paced or operational environments is a plus
- Monthly travel to Aalborg (Ålborg) for one to two days required
