You will join a local Quality Control organization of approximately 300 employees across QA, QC, and Program Quality. The Role
QC Ancillary Services comprises 8 employees across two teams, one of which is Stability. The Stability team currently consists of 3 dedicated colleagues and is expanding as the business grows. The team holds overall responsibility for the site’s stability program and participates in technology transfer, commercial production, and audits/inspections conducted by both regulatory authorities and customers.
You will work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, building a strong network across the organization—locally, globally, and with customers. We operate in a fast-paced environment supporting biologics Drug Substance (DS) production and the global release of commercial products (DS/DP/FG) for our worldwide client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Author and maintain stability protocols and specifications
- Create and manage Change Controls within the stability area
- Build and maintain stability studies in LIMS
- Start and Pull of stability studies
- Compile and deliver final stability data reports to customers
- Own and manage stability chambers
- Create and maintain contracts covering stability and additional QC services
- Support QC Sample Handling and shipping documentation
- Drive and contribute to team projects
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert during customer and regulatory audits
- Participate in and facilitate global and customer meetings
- Education as Laboratory Technician
- Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with and knowledge of stability requirements
- Strong understanding of GMP Quality Systems and a robust quality mindset
- Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain an overview
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as a team player
