About The Role
As PMO Coordinator, you will support planning, governance, communication, and daily coordination across the BlueCore programme, working closely with the PMO team in Esbjerg, programme leadership, workstream leads, and external partners.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you will help create structure, support decision-making, and keep the programme moving forward.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will help maintain governance frameworks, coordinate communication and meetings, support planning and reporting, manage collaboration tools, and contribute to continuous improvement across the programme.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means strong governance, clear communication, well-run meetings, and better visibility across the programme.
What You Bring
You bring strong coordination skills and experience from PMO support, project administration, or a similar role. You are comfortable with governance, reporting, documentation, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams. Experience from larger IT or transformation programmes is an advantage.
