Core Responsibilities

Drive marketing campaign development from brief development through to execution and results tracking, working collaboratively with various stakeholders and working teams- LEGO Agency, Markets, branded Retail, and communication channel teams.

Support the portfolio/product development process by collating and providing relevant data and insights on consumers and commercial performance, and leading research streams for the franchise.

Drive the selling-in process, highlighting the key strengths and benefits of the portfolio and marketing plan, to support the needs of markets’ customer development teams.

Partner with the Cross Franchise Marketing team on the implementation and continued optimization of the franchise VI/packaging and brand guidelines

Manage the day-to-day collaboration with internal and external partner, ensuring plans & activities that are cohesively aligned with the Botanicals branding.

Do you have what it takes?

A background in marketing or a related business field, coupled with several years of experience in marketing and brand development, ideally in campaign creation

Is proficient and comfortable in both left and right brained thinking –systematic and analytical in supporting the business planning and marketing strategy development; creative and imaginative in driving the communication/marketing campaigns

Effective presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message, and to engage and inspire colleagues

A team-player with a collaborative attitude, able to drive conversations across diverse teams (e.g., Agency creatives, channel owners, product design teams, Global Insights team, IP partners, etc.)

Can comfortably shift from high-level strategic thinking/ planning to day-to-day project management and execution.
