Reporting to the Head of HR Germany & Nordics, you'll be the essential connection between our business needs and our employees' success in Bureau Veritas Denmark.

In collaboration with a dedicated local HR team with one other HR Business Partner, one HR Administrator and a Pay Roll Specialist you provide outstanding support throughout the employee lifecycle and during key annual HR initiatives.

The mission is to support Bureau Veritas Denmark by providing exceptional HR service that enables business growth and enhances employee experience across the entire organization.

What We're Looking For

We seek an HR Business Partner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset who thrives both independently and collaboratively. You should excel at seeing the bigger picture, synthesizing diverse perspectives, and working effectively across cultures.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of Danish labour law
• Strong experience in recruitment and assessment
• A good understading of driving the yearly HR processes
• Positive mindset with a results-driven approach
• Can-do attitude and ownership mentality
• Fluent in Danish and English
