Ready to bring our LEGO products to life through impactful visual product and packaging communication?
This is your chance to creatively lead and oversee the visual packaging development across several franchises for the LEGO Group.
This is a Billund-based position, working in line with our Best of Both principles, with an expectation of being in the Billund office at least three days per week.
Core Responsibilities

Be creatively accountable for the packaging and product communication across multiple allocated projects – ensuring impactful, relevant & compelling visual storytelling and creative executions.

Succeed through others – mainly strategic partners or internal teams.

Creatively lead, oversee and manage with creative direction, guidance and inspiration.

Ensure engaging product activation & inspiring play experience that sparks imagination & create inner stories.

Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape across Marketing, IP Partners and LEGO Designers, basing creative decisions and direction on clear strategic, brand and executional considerations.

Shape and support the creation of a visual identity/principal design for packaging to ensure all precautions, decisions and direction are done based on what is feasible in execution.

Contribute proactively beyond your own area of responsibility, helping to drive cross-functional initiatives and improvements across our business and partner network.

We are looking for a Creative Manager who is passionate in leading the creative packaging execution through partners and individuals.
We are looking for a strong, resilient creative who is comfortable navigating constant challenges and an ever-changing environment. You will join a broader team of Creative Managers, each leading their own projects while supporting one another through collaboration, guidance and creative sparring.
OLA Visual Studio is responsible for the product and packaging communication across the entire LEGO portfolio – activating the uniqueness of each LEGO product, play experiences and passion points into appealing and vibrant visual storytelling and engaging communication.
We are part of the bigger in-house creative agency (Our LEGO Agency) leading all the global creative work, campaigns, experiences and packaging for the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?

A proven and experienced senior creative (Art Director or Graphic Designer) with a proven track record and know-how in visual product and packaging communication.

Able to translate marketing objectives and briefs into compelling communication.

Able to work in a structured, proactive and self-driven way.

Confident in taking a clear point of view, while demonstrating resilience, self-confidence and an open, inspirational communication style when leading teams and partners.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage others.

Able to act as the creative bridge between stakeholders, internal teams and partners, helping to influence, align, spar, clarify and solve challenges as they arise.

Be the natural go-to person - role-modelling good team behaviour and feedback culture.

Help develop the skills of others through guidance and creative sparring.

Foster a positive environment, culture and collaboration across internal graphic designers, freelancers, partners and stakeholders.
