As Senior Project Manager at DEIF, you’ll have the opportunity to manage high-impact projects that span software, hardware, and mechanical development. "In this role, you’ll manage product development projects from start to finish, collaborating with software, hardware, and mechanical engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools will be crucial as you’ll drive DEIF’s product innovations, from custom developments to large-scale projects,” explains Vice President, Allan Agerholm.

Working tasks & responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects withing product development
• Develop clear project goals, detailed plans, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Manage project resources and optimise team performance across departments
• Apply both agile and traditional project management methodologies to ensure effective project execution
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, leading project meetings and tracking progress
• Proactively identify risks and challenges, addressing them early in the project lifecycle

What you’ll bring
First of all, you have strong leadership skills and know how to drive complex projects. You excel in balancing multiple priorities, ensuring that all aspects of the project are effectively managed. Your ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams ensures that everyone is aligned and focused on achieving outstanding results. In addition to this, you have:

• Experience in managing complex product development projects, with at least five years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Aha!
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable
