Student assistants for support equipment validation

The position
In your new role, you will take part in making sure our Site chambers, autoclaves and glasswashers are validated and in compliance, by supporting our validation engineers during testing by assisting in preparations and maintaining loggers.
Your workday will consist of
- Organizing the loggers, logger calibration sheet and maintenance
- Taking care about work orders and making sure that they are not overdue
- Helping with creating LIMS labels
- Performing logger verification
- Support PQ/RQ testing by e.g. ensuring and delivering test items in production and all over the site and participating in test assembly preparations on the floor, when needed
- Scanning documents (for example baseline settings in chambers) helping with revising SOPs
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (life sciences, biotech, engineering or similar) in a Danish educational institution, ideally with at least 2 years left of your studies
- You can work on approximately 15 hours per week (flexible around exams)
- You are fluent in English
- You have an interest in GMP and validation and are up for a job consisting of many different tasks and responsibilities in office and on the production floor
- You are collaborating well with others, is good at keeping structure, and is able to take ownership of tasks.

The Validation department is responsible for maintaining the validated state of production systems within our large-scale manufacturing facility. The Support equipment team is a part of the Validation department and consists of Chambers, Environmental & Utilies group, Glasswashers group and Autoclave group. Main focus is primarily PQ/RQ activities. Additionally, we support ongoing projects and CMR’s by collaborating with colleagues across the organization.
