Senior Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to become a central part of our continued digital development. You will join our Business Development department, which consists of four dedicated colleagues focused on innovation, digital solutions, ESG, and business development.

Your role

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in developing and defining our technology stack, platforms, internal tools, and integration solutions. You will work across backend, frontend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and software architecture while acting as an important sparring partner in both technical and business-related decisions.

You will work closely with the Business Development team on digitalisation, automation, and the development of solutions that support both the business and the company’s strategic focus areas, including data-driven processes.

You thrive in hands-on development but are also motivated by taking ownership, creating structure, and building robust solutions that make a real impact across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Develop modern full stack solutions
• Design and build APIs, services, and integrations
• Work with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines
• Ensure high quality through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD
• Contribute to software architecture, performance, and security
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Help define technical standards and best practices
• Work with new technologies within AI, automation, and data-driven solutions

We imagine that you

You have solid experience with modern software development and naturally work across both backend and frontend technologies. You take ownership of your solutions, value quality and scalability, and enjoy translating business needs into technical solutions.

As you will help develop the new tech stack, we imagine you possess some or all of the following skills:

• Ability to build user-friendly frontend applications and internal tools.
• Experience developing backend APIs, services, integrations, and scalable systems.
• Comfortable working with integrations and system-to-system communication.
• Writes Python code with a focus on production-ready solutions.
• Works confidently with SQL and relational databases, including modelling and performance optimisation.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, as well as Docker or containerisation.
• Approaches architecture with performance, reliability, security, and maintainability in mind.
• Able to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Experience with or curiosity about AI engineering and machine learning.
