Here Is What The Job Entails

In the role as IT Application Specialist your job will be to operate and maintain application infrastructure platforms with a strong focus on availability and performance. You will work with modern enterprise infrastructure, including hybrid cloud, identity management, automation, and high‑availability platforms.

More specifically, you will be:

Designing, implementing and optimizing IT processes and infrastructure solutions
Troubleshooting complex incidents
Supporting business-critical applications
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures
Acting as a trusted advisor and problem manager for both colleagues and stakeholders

In this position you will play an important role in ensuring a more systematic and proactive management of incidents and underlying problems. You will contribute to establishing more transparent IT operations as well as proactively contributing to continuous improvements, knowledge sharing, and alignment between IT solutions and business units.

We are looking for an IT Application Specialist who is eager to work with enterprise infrastructure, including hybrid cloud, orchestration, automation, and high availability platforms in a business‑critical environment. A strong drive and an independent approach to work furthermore helps you achieve defined goals.

In order to succeed we imagine that you:

Hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or another related field
Have experience as an IT Specialist, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role
Can manage complex tasks through structure, prioritization and coordination
Communicate clearly and effectively
Are a skilled user of Microsoft Technologies including Azure, Defender, Service Fabric, Active Directory, SQL etc.

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.
