This T alent Acquisition Manager , Vendor Management & Performance role sits in Talent Acquisition at ou r Billund Campus connecting commercial discipline with smarter recruitment tools!

Please Note:

  • Hybrid work model of three office days and two home days weekly. This position is based at LEGO System A/S Aastvej 17190 Billund , Denmark .

  • No relocation assistance is offered for this position .

Talent Acquisition is building partnerships, platforms, and performance routines that help colleagues find the right people for every team. Your work will set clear value measures across agencies and digital tools, to decide what to renew, improve or retire with confidence based on performance and market intelligence on emerging recruitment technology .

Core Responsibilities

Vendor Relationship Management:

  • Manage all vendor relationships across recruitment platforms and tools.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for TA suppliers.

  • Conduct performance reviews and negotiate contracts.

Performance Management & ROI:

  • Develop performance scorecards for vendors.

  • Identify and improve underperforming vendors.

  • Track ROI and produce regular reports for TA leadership.

Market Intelligence & Vendor Strategy:

  • Monitor recruitment technology trends and identify new tools.

  • Analyze data to improve recruitment outcomes.

  • Advise sourcing strategies and vendor investments.

Tool Configuration & Optimization:

  • Optimize key recruitment tools and workflows.

  • Implement integrations and enhancements with IT and vendors.

  • Ensure alignment with governance standards .

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience managing recruitment suppliers, technology vendors, procurement activity or TA operations.

  • Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and explaining trade-offs to T alent Acquisition leaders.

  • Able to build scorecards, interpret ROI data and recommend the next actions.

  • Familiar with ATS, CRM, assessment, sourcing, and job distribution platforms.

  • Preferred e xperience configuring recruitment tools, workflows, licenses, or integrations across hiring systems.

  • Experience in recruitment or procurement with HR or TA technology expertise is preferred.

  • Understanding recruiter behavior and designing engagement strategies are essential.

  • Confidence presenting supplier strategy and market insight to senior partners.
