Global Process Owner, Order to Cash

As Global Process Owner – Order to Cash, you will join our Finance organisation in either Struer or Lyngby, where you will take end-to-end ownership of the global O2C process across markets and channels. You will play a key role in advancing standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement, while developing the O2C landscape as part of our ongoing ERP (D365) transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern the global end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
- Define and enforce global process standards, policies, and controls.
- Implement standardization and automation across regions and channels.
- Coordinate transformation initiatives, including the O2C track of the D365 ERP rollout.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track process performance and enable data-driven decisions.
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical O2C issues across the organisation.
- Oversee continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives in close collaboration with Finance, GBS, and IT.
You bring solid experience in Order-to-Cash process ownership within a global organisation. We seek a candidate with experience leading standardization, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across complex environments. You are a structured and collaborative professional who thrives on working cross-functionally and helping implement change.
Moreover, you bring:
- Solid experience within Finance, Order-to-Cash, or similar process ownership roles (7+ years).
- Deep understanding of O2C sub-processes including Order Management, Billing, Credit risk, Collections, and Cash Application.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or D365 and finance data structures.
- Proven track record of driving global process standardization and transformation initiatives.
- Experience with automation, digital tools, or BI solutions (e.g. Power Platform).
- Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and building consensus without formal authority.
- A data-driven mindset with solid analytical and communication skills.
You will be part of the Treasury and Tax team alongside the Global Process Owner for Procure-to-Pay and will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. Compensation: Comprehensive salary and benefits package.
Location: Struer, Denmark; Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, +hybrid working
