At Nimblr, we're on a mission to make cybersecurity awareness engaging, effective, and accessible. As we accelerate our growth across Europe, we're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to lead our expansion in Denmark This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for building pipeline, winning new business, and establishing Nimblr as the go-to security awareness platform for Danish organisations. Denmark is one of our most important growth markets, offering a unique opportunity to make a visible impact on the company's success while shaping our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities️

  • Take ownership of the entire sales journey, from opening new conversations to closing deals.

  • Play a key role in establishing and growing Nimblr's presence in Denmark, one of our most strategic growth markets.

  • Build and develop your own pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and outbound activities.

  • Drive new business growth by consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets.

  • Become a trusted advisor to prospects by understanding their challenges and helping them strengthen their security culture.

  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through onboarding.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts, and strong CRM discipline using HubSpot.

What we are looking for

  • A natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business.

  • 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

  • Confidence in owning the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed agreement.

  • Comfortable engaging with IT, Security, HR, or other decision-makers.

  • Strong discovery skills and a consultative approach that focuses on understanding customer needs before proposing solutions.

  • Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting and self-generated opportunities.

  • Structured in the way you work, with good CRM habits and an eye for forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, whether running a demo, leading a meeting, or negotiating a deal.

  • Fluent in Danish and comfortable working in English.


Nice to have

  • Experience within cybersecurity, security awareness training, or related technology sectors.

  • Existing network among Danish IT and cybersecurity decision-makers.

  • Additional Scandinavian language skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
