Stewarding in Bellagroup

Are you looking for flexible work in a dynamic kitchen environment? We’re looking for dependable on-caller Dishwashers to join our team at our hotels and at Bella Center.

As an on-call steward, you’ll be called in when extra hands are needed, supporting our kitchen by ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and order behind the scenes. Your work helps our culinary team succeed by keeping the kitchen running smoothly and safely.

Important: To apply for this position, you must have a valid Danish work permit.

Your Role Includes:

• Cleaning & Hygiene: Keep the kitchen clean and sanitary. Including work surfaces, floors, and walls, following all health and safety standards.
• Dishwasher: Operate dishwasher and clean dishes, cookware, and utensils as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and help maintain kitchen equipment (Stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.)
• Waste Management: Sort and dispose of kitchen waste and recycling properly.
• Stock & Supplies: Assist with receiving and organizing supplies, especially cleaning materials, and ensure proper storage.
• Health & Safety: Follow hygiene and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for the team and guests.
• Restocking: Ensure cleaning stations are always equipped with necessary tools and supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous kitchen experience is a plus – BUT not required.
• Able to handle a busy, fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physically able to lift, carry, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety guidelines

Working conditions:

• Work takes place in a busy kitchen environment, which can be warm and physically demanding.
• Must be available for a 24/7 rotating schedule. Shifts may take place at different times, day or night.
