Are you an ambitious and organized Product Manager who can elevate our communication capabilities in the product with innovative ideas? And do you have hands-on experience in retail communication teams? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Relesys. You will join a global and dynamic Product team, where you will help shape the communication domain team strategies with the Head of Product and Product Management team in an engaging collaboration.
You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders and the leadership team to guide our communication product roadmap. This means gathering client needs, validating desirability and viability, and innovating retail communication workflows, to enable our clients workforce with outcome-focused capabilities.

Your key responsibilities
As Product Manager, your role will include, but will not be limited to:

Lead the communication domain team and drive implementation of new product initiatives supporting the overarching product strategy

Manage the new feature life cycle from early prioritization to launch, while staying focused on client and business value outcomes

Analyze user needs and feedback, conduct market research, and identify customer segments and value propositions

Coordinate work with cross-functional teams, such as engineers and designers, to define the product vision, scope, features, and roadmap

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the product, shape marketing campaigns, and support sales enablement
Who are you?
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

2-3 years of relevant experience as a Product/Project/Communications Manager and ideally understanding of modern SaaS product development in an agile environment

Experience with agile or hybrid project management methodologies

Experience delivering high-quality software products or retail communication strategies

You must be able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and have strong collaboration skills

You prefer to work in a dynamic scaleup environment, requiring re-prioritization skills and fast adaptation to change

Are located in or near Copenhagen as this position is primarily in-office

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Willingness to travel occasionally to different locations in Europe for client and internal meetings
Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you:

Speak and write fluent and professional Danish -
Have experience from a B2B or SaaS company
