AB Neo, a specialist division of AB Agri, leverages expert knowledge to lead in neonate nutrition, placing science and customer needs at the core of its work. This is a unique opportunity for a Technical Manager to join an international company with strong professional development prospects, taking on a leading technical role in Denmark focused on piglet nutrition. The role combines deep nutritional expertise with practical application, supporting commercial teams, engaging customers, and driving the development of key products such as Alpha Soy and Danmilk within a collaborative, hybrid environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide technical leadership for key piglet nutrition solutions, with particular emphasis on Alpha Soy and Danmilk.
  • Partner closely with commercial teams in Denmark to deliver technical support to customers and translate nutritional science into practical value.
  • Act as a central technical contact for the Denmark business, offering guidance on product use, formulation-related topics, and customer technical questions.
  • Support the development and delivery of technical training for internal teams and external stakeholders across AB Neo sites.
  • Build strong working relationships across functions and geographies to strengthen technical consistency and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong technical background in animal nutrition, with the ability to lead technical conversations confidently and credibly in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience in swine nutrition or piglet nutrition, with an understanding of how technical support contributes to product performance and customer success.
  • The ability to work effectively across both technical and commercial teams while maintaining a clear technical focus in the role.
  • Confidence communicating complex nutritional concepts in a practical, accessible way to a range of audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across local and international teams.
  • A degree or higher qualification in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Science,or a related discipline; a PhD is welcomed.
  • Relevant experience in a technical role within the feed, nutrition, or animal health sector.
