Student Assistant - Strategy & Data Analytics

About The Role
As a Student Assistant in the SLT Strategy Team, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop, maintain, and improve reporting and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.
You will be part of changing the paradigm of how data is used within FLBD—helping move from static reporting to more dynamic, insight-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and improve site and global reporting solutions
- Develop and optimize dashboards in Tableau
- Perform data cleaning and contribute to improving overall data quality
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support SLT decision-making
- Collaborate with key stakeholders at the site to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Support continuous improvement of data structures, reporting processes, and visualization standards
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus
- Solid skills in Excel; familiarity with Alteryx and PowerPoint is an advantage
- Knowledge of Pharma and/or GMP is a plus, but not required
- Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
