Social Media Student Assistant

Landfolk

Part-time student position

  • Based in Aarhus
  • Starting Summer 2026

At Landfolk, we believe the most memorable holidays happen in homes that are loved and lived in. To tell those stories, we’re looking for a Social Media Assistant who can help us create, publish and nurture content across our social channels and help us build stronger relationships with the people who follow, host and travel with Landfolk.

You’ll join our Brand & Marketing team and work closely with our in-house agency to bring Landfolk’s homes, hosts and destinations to life across multiple social platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of content creation, community management, creator collaboration and creative experimentation. You’ll help us create platform-native content, keep our social channels alive and engaging, support our creator programme, and explore how AI and new tools can make our workflows smarter and more efficient.

We’re looking for someone who understands how people communicate on social media today – someone who is both creative and structured, curious about trends without blindly following them, and excited about building a warm and inspiring community around Landfolk.

If you love creating content, spotting social media opportunities and helping a brand show up with personality and quality, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

Help nurture our community

  • Take ownership of community management across DMs, comments and requests
  • Make sure people receive warm, helpful and timely replies
  • Spot recurring questions, feedback and opportunities from our community
  • Share insights that help improve content and customer experience

Create and adapt social content

  • Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
  • Help turn Landfolk homes, hosts, destinations and brand stories into platform-native posts, reels, stories and short-form videos
  • Edit simple video and image assets
  • Write captions and social copy in Landfolk’s tone of voice

Support our social media channels

  • Help plan, schedule and publish content across our organic channels
  • Support with campaign content, launches and always-on storytelling
  • Keep an eye on performance and suggest improvements

Support and scale our creator programme

  • Help identify and organise creators and potential collaborators
  • Support workflows for creator content and UGC across marketing channels
  • Help us automate and scale creator programme processes

Explore smarter workflows with AI

  • Experiment with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation
  • Help us find smarter ways of working while maintaining Landfolk's quality and human touch

We think you might be a great fit if you

  • Are studying within communication, marketing, media, design, journalism or a related field or have built relevant experience in another way
  • Are structured, reliable and able to take ownership of recurring tasks
  • Are native to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and understand what feels natural on each platform
  • Enjoy creating content and have a good eye for visuals, storytelling and timing
  • Are comfortable filming and editing simple short-form content on your phone or in editing tools
  • Write clearly and naturally, and care about tone of voice
  • Are tech savvy and curious about new tools, workflows and AI
  • Have a natural interest in influencer marketing, creator partnerships and UGC
  • Enjoy interacting with people and would like to help build a warm Landfolk community
  • Are fluent in English. Danish or another Landfolk market language is a plus

Bonus points if you:

  • Have created content for a brand, organisation, creator account or your own social channels
  • Have experience with CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Figma or similar tools
  • Have worked with customer dialogue, communities, events or ambassador-style activities
  • Have worked with creators, influencer marketing or UGC in a student job, internship, project or your own channels
  • Are already experimenting with AI tools for content, editing or automation
  • Have an interest in travel, interiors, hospitality, lifestyle or community-led brands

  • Learn from an ambitious Brand & Marketing team in a growing scaleup
  • Help build scalable workflows for creator collaboration and UGC
