Computational Imaging Expert

NIL Technology

Shape the future of imaging with meta-optics and AI

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of optical imagers and sensors? Are you excited by how metasurfaces and AI are redefining the future of optical imaging and sensing? Join NIL Technology (NILT) and contribute to developing cutting-edge computational imaging systems for consumer electronics, AR/VR, wearables, and advanced sensing applications.

At NILT, we develop next-generation meta-optical elements and modules for highly demanding applications. We are seeking a Computational Imaging Expert to take a leading role in translating innovative ideas into real-world demonstrators and products. You will work across the full development cycle—from defining high-impact use cases and creating concepts, to designing optical and meta-optical systems, specifying hardware, and developing computational models and algorithms.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with leading experts in optics, AI/ML, and hardware development. Depending on your background, you will contribute hands-on to several aspects of system design and development, helping bring new concepts to life through prototypes tested in our advanced labs and engineering environments.

This position is centered on turning visionary ideas into convincing demonstrators that pave the way for scalable deployment in future products. You will be part of a highly collaborative environment where meta-optics, system design, AI, and experimental teams work together to push the boundaries of imaging and sensing technologies.

You will be part of an ambitious company where we win together. Team spirit and mutual success are key components in our everyday work culture.
