Are you structured, proactive, and motivated by creating clarity in a busy supply chain environment? We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Frederikshavn and support our 175D high-speed engine area in a full-time position, starting 1st of August 2026 or earlier if possible.

This is a newly established position, offering a unique opportunity to help shape the position and influence how responsibilities, processes, and interfaces are defined. You will play an important part in the daily operational flow, supporting material availability, delivery follow-up, and coordination across warehouse, quality, test/R&D, sales, production, and other stakeholders in Augsburg.

The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a clear overview. You will act as a key link between departments, ensuring that supply chain-related issues are tracked, clarified, and resolved in a structured and timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with the warehouse on incorrect deliveries, delivery note discrepancies, missing goods receipts, urgent deliveries, and other material flow issues requiring prompt follow-up
  • Supporting quality, test/R&D, and sales with rework coordination, new material or order requirements, delivery follow-up, sales order validations, and general supply chain inquiries
  • Maintaining and following up on key material and order structures, including phantom kits, maintenance kits, painted parts, and other categorized items
  • Participating in operational meetings related to On-Time Delivery performance in Power BI, production orders, delivery status, material availability, and practical solutions such as borrowing parts
  • Acting as a supply chain contact point for stakeholders located in Augsburg(DE), supporting entry certificates, small projects, Technical Message meetings, and other cross-functional activities as the role evolves

About the role:

It is expected that you bring experience from supply chain, logistics, planning, procurement, production support, or a similar operational environment. You are comfortable in a position where multiple activities run in parallel is essential, along with strong follow-up, structure, and stakeholder coordination skills to ensure progress.

As a professional, you are proactive, service-oriented, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a position close to daily operations and take ownership of creating transparency around open issues, priorities, and next steps. Strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively across functions while balancing attention to detail with a broader operational perspective.

Since this is a newly established position, motivation to help define and continuously improve the position is important. Curiousity, persistence, and constructive approach to challenging existing ways of working are valued, alongside the ability to handle daily tasks with professionalism and a strong sense of urgency.

In addition, solid IT skills, preferably including experience with SAP and Power BI. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
