BU LoA Focal Point and Internal Project Manager
Siemens Energy
A Snapshot of Your Day
This role sits right at the heart of how the business makes decisions and stays aligned. You’ll combine LoA governance with a hands‑on internal project manager, working across functions, regions, and external drivers to keep things moving smoothly and correctly. On one side, you’ll own the LoA process end‑to‑end — coordinating, steering LoA meetings, and making sure approvals are clean, clear, and audit‑ready. On the other, you’ll be the go‑to connector for business‑critical topics: regulatory impacts, cross‑functional alignment, and initiatives that need structure, follow‑up, and clarity. If you enjoy connecting dots, bringing order to complexity, and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks, this role gives you broad exposure, real influence, and a front‑row seat to how the business operates.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own the end‑to‑end LoA governance process for the business unit in alignment with corporate and business‑area rules
- Act as the primary interface to HQ and central LoA coordinators, including alignment on standards, updates, and escalations
- Schedule, prepare, and coordinate LoA meetings, ensuring correct decision‑makers are involved and outcomes are documented
- Perform quality review of all LoA documentation, ensuring completeness, consistency, and decision readiness
- Serve as the audit safeguard for the LoA process, ensuring traceability, compliance, and audit‑ready documentation
- Coordinate ad‑hoc business topics with material impact, spanning regulatory, organizational, or cross‑functional dimensions
- Monitor and coordinate EU and US legislative or regulatory developments and their impact on commercial models, contracts, and execution
- Drive cross‑functional alignment with internal partners such as factories, engineering, operations, legal, and finance
- Track and follow up business‑critical initiatives and topics, ensuring ownership, progress, and decision transparency
- Support management with clear organizational and interface transparency, including maintenance of BU structures and key interfaces
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working independently on complex projects and processes within a corporate environment.
- Typically 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a related business support function.
- BU LoA Coordinator & Internal Project Manager

- Interest in and exposure to governance, decision‑making, or coordination in a project, EPC, or construction environment
- Ability to connect dots across sales, projects, engineering, factories, and supporting functions
- Ownership mindset, curiosity, and ambition to take responsibility early and grow fast in a visible business role
