What you’ll do:
- Support Sales with day-to-day commercial and administrative activities
- Act as a first point of contact for customers when needed, ensuring a professional and timely response
- Coordinate meetings, presentations and sales documentation
- Help manage orders, pricing approvals and internal processes , keeping everything on track
- Contribute to lead tracking and opportunity follow-up , helping turn interest into results
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in a B2B environment Experience supporting sales, customer service or commercial teams Familiarity with sales processes, order management and customer interactionsSkills:
- Strong communication skills , both internally and with customers
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
- Good organizational and coordination skills , able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
IT Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to analyze data and create clear presentations
- Comfortable using search tools and social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) for research and networking
