Here Is What The Job Entails

You will support our Regional Vice President of Sales, EMEA, with operational and administrative tasks, focusing on improving internal sales processes and communication. Through collaboration with colleagues across functions and countries, you will build a broad network while gaining valuable insights into the industry, Kamstrup’s market positioning, and international businesses.

More specifically you will be:

  • Supporting the Regional VP with travel arrangements, daily administration tasks and calendar management
  • Strengthening communication between Head Quarters and EMEA countries
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and sales materials
  • Assisting with the 2027 EMEA go-to-market strategy and planning of customer visits
  • Working with ad hoc Sales administrative tasks


This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with sales processes and communication, while also gaining strategic insight across markets in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. We offer a student-friendly setup with real responsibility and development opportunities tailored to your experience.

You will work closely with our Regional Vice President as part of the EMEA Sales team which is part our new Sales & Marketing division. We have a global team consisting of more than 150 dedicated colleagues across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In our team we combine a professional approach with an informal tone, where sparring and feedback are essential for our common learning.

We are looking for a Student Worker who is ready to strengthen our sales processes and challenge our ways of working.

You thrive in an outgoing role and have great communication skills, which enable you to engage with both our internal and external

stakeholders fostering good collaborations. With a consistent work approach, you are able to gather various inputs, synthesize

information, and provide clear overviews.

In order to succeed we imagine that you:

  • Study a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in economics or business administration or another relevant field
  • Are detail-oriented and structured as well as eager to take on responsibility
  • Possess good data analysis skills, enabling you to interpret data and turn it into valuable business insights
  • Have the capability to provide effective support and assistance, consistently producing high-quality work
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, where you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining an overview.


As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish is not a requirement.

The job is a part-time position, and we expect you to be able to work 15 hours per week – however, the details of the role will be agreed on an individual basis.
