Our Product Innovation team plays a pivotal role in shaping Faerch’s product portfolio. We collaborate across departments to turn insights into action—developing product strategies that meet customer needs, anticipate market trends, and support our mission of circularity.
Faerch is a leading supplier of circular, rigid food packaging with integrated recycling capability. We serve food manufacturers, food service providers, and retailers around the world with our network of state-of-the-art production facilities across Europe and the US. Key responsibilities
As An Innovation Manager, You Will
- Shape and maintain the innovation roadmap in line with market trends and business goals
- Lead cross-functional product development projects from idea to launch
- Create go-to-market strategies and ensure products are positioned in the right way
- Align priorities and strategies with leadership across Operations and Commercial
- Support Sales and Marketing with insights, training, and launch materials
- Support the wider Innovation department with various ad hoc projects
- Experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Project Management
- Experience with Project Management is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases
- Confident communicator and collaborator across teams
- Background in manufacturing is a plus
- A proactive mindset and drive to lead change
- Structured and detail-oriented
In your first months, you’ll take ownership of a category innovation roadmap and build strong cross-functional relationships. Over time, your work will help launch impactful new products and strengthen Faerch’s leadership in sustainable packaging. You’ll be supported by a team that values initiative, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Location / On-site expectations:
This role requires regular on-site presence and close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Therefore, we are prioritising candidates who are based within reasonable commuting distance of a Faerch site location.
Please note that this is not a fully remote role.
