We started Dobby because we lived it. As former coffee operator we saw firsthand how broken the operational backbone of this industry was - running on spreadsheets, paper tickets, and tribal knowledge. Today, Dobby is the only industry-specific SaaS platform built for coffee operators — and we're scaling fast. We are ~30 people across Denmark, Pakistan and Singapore with customers across Europe, Asia, and beyond.

The role

We're hiring our first Director of Customer Success (CS). Today, our CEO sits in most decision-maker conversations with our customers. That needs to change.

You'll own the customer side of Dobby and build the Customer Success function — hiring CSMs in Copenhagen, taking leadership of our Onboarding and Support team in Pakistan, shaping the playbooks, growing the team as Dobby grows.

You report directly to the CEO and own every existing customer account.

Who we're looking for

Mandatory

  • 8–10 years in B2B SaaS Customer Success — we will teach you coffee, we will not teach you SaaS.
  • Experience from a similar CS SaaS growth journey — as lead or part of the CS function
  • You are hands-on with customers and take pride in driving processes forward
  • You have the executive presence to sit across from CEOs, owners and directors.
  • Have hired and managed at least 1–2 people.
  • Copenhagen-based, or willing to relocate before day one.

The package

  • Title and scope: Director-level, full ownership of the CS function, direct line to the CEO.
  • Compensation: Competitive.
  • Location: Copenhagen, in-office. Not a remote role.
  • Reporting line: Direct to the CEO, expected to remain so.
