Customer Success Lead, Digital Solutions

STUDIO 9 is looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Lead to grow KEYSTONE, our SaaS platform for product and supply chain data.
KEYSTONE helps brands across the fashion, furniture and lifestyle industries gain greater control and transparency across their supply chains. The platform enables companies to collect, structure, verify and reuse product and supplier data in one place, making it easier to meet requirements such as Digital Product Passports, EUDR, LCA and supply chain traceability. Through integrations with ERP and PIM systems, KEYSTONE supports efficient and scalable data management processes.
As Customer Success Lead, you will own the customer journey from first conversation to long-term success. You will drive new customer acquisition, lead onboarding and implementation, and build strong relationships that support adoption, retention and growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with our Sales Director and Software & Implementation team, you will play a key role in growing KEYSTONE and shaping how the platform is positioned, sold and delivered to customers. From acquiring new customers to ensuring successful onboarding and long-term adoption, you will help build the foundation for sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive commercial growth and new customer acquisition for KEYSTONE
- Identify and engage potential customers across relevant industries
- Lead sales processes from first contact to signed agreement
- Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM process
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation
- Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for customers
- Conduct regular customer reviews and support long-term account growth
- Gather customer insights and bring them into product and business development Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Software teams to ensure customer success
WHO YOU ARE
You enjoy combining commercial growth with customer success. You are structured, proactive in opening doors and confident in building relationships, understanding customer needs and turning them into valuable solutions. You bring:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, business development or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience with SaaS, software or digital solutions
- Commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose innovative solutions
- Fluency in Danish and English
Experience working with fashion, furniture or lifestyle brands is a plus, as is knowledge of product data, supply chain transparency, compliance and sustainability-related solutions.
