We expect:

  • Experience in wine service and sommelier work, 3-5 years preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of wine, food pairing, and guest experience

  • Ability to curate and maintain a wine list aligned with the restaurant concept

  • Experience in training and guiding service staff on wine service

  • Strong communication skills and teamwork in a multicultural environment is a must

  • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

  • Respectful, professional, and service-minded attitude

  • Work permit in DK
