We expect:

Strong understanding of service flow, guest experience, and fine dining standards

Ability to take responsibility for the floor, including reservations, seating, and service coordination

Experience acting as support to the Restaurant Manager in daily operations

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between FOH and kitchen

Ability to maintain structure, calm, and efficiency during busy service

Hands-on leadership approach with a strong presence on the floor

Support in wine service and knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage
-
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset
-
Professional, service-minded, and team-oriented attitude
-
Previous experience as Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Waiter is a plus
