Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the operational and commercial heartbeat of the sales floor. You lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure that every client interaction reflects GANNI’s values and service standards.

You combine strong commercial awareness with people leadership and an uncompromising focus on client experience.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Client Advisor team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide ongoing feedback, in-the-moment coaching, and structured development support
  • Act as a role model for service standards, product knowledge, and brand storytelling
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members

Client Experience & Clienteling

  • Elevate the in-store experience to reflect a flagship-level environment
  • Drive clienteling initiatives and relationship-building activities
  • Ensure consistent execution of exceptional service standards

Must Have Requirements

  • Experienced retail leader (2+ years in a supervisory or management role)
  • Strong people developer with a passion for coaching
  • Commercially driven with solid KPI understanding
  • Service-focused and confident in client relationship building
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic flagship environment
