Market Expansion Associate – Norway

Cendo is expanding from Denmark into Norway, and we are looking for an ambitious Norwegian-speaking talent to help us grow the Norwegian market from our office in Aarhus.

After strong traction with our AI voice agents in Denmark, we are now ready to grow in Norway.

You will own the full customer journey in Norway: from finding and contacting leads, to booking and running sales meetings, negotiating deals, coordinating implementation with our developers, and being the main point of contact once the customer is live.

This is a rare opportunity to get real ownership early in your career and gain hands-on experience across sales, project management and market expansion.

What You Will Actually Do

  • Identify and contact potential customers in Norway
  • Run sales meetings and present Cendo’s AI voice agents
  • Negotiate and close new customer projects
  • Coordinate project delivery with our development team
  • Act as the main contact person for Norwegian customers
  • Support customers during implementation and after launch
  • Help shape how Cendo expands into Norway

What You Bring

You are fluent in Norwegian and a strong communicator. Ideally, you are Norwegian, but you can also be a great fit if you are Danish and speak fluent Norwegian.

You are ambitious and eager to learn. You have recently graduated, or you might have 1–3 years of experience from sales, consulting, customer success, startups or a similar role. Experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Most importantly, you have drive. You enjoy speaking with people, you are willing to pick up the phone, and you are motivated by the idea of building something from scratch.

You do not need a technical background or previous sales experience. What matters most is that you are commercially minded and comfortable speaking with customers.
