Here Is What The Job Entails

As a Subscription Management Architect, you will shape how we design, scale, and operate our subscription business across the organization. You will work closely with our Subscription Management Product Owner and take a central role in building the processes, solutions, and integrations that support seamless subscription sales and lifecycle management. Your work will help create a smooth and consistent journey from product configuration to quoting, activation, renewals, and beyond.

More specifically, you will be:

Configuring and maintaining solutions within Oracle Subscription Management
Supporting the design and implementation of subscription products, pricing models, and billing structures
Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate subscription needs into system solutions
Working across systems, including Oracle CPQ, to support the full end to end subscription lifecycle
Contributing to integrations and process improvements that strengthen subscription management, renewals, and amendments

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the intersection of technology, sales processes, and subscription revenue models. You will have the mandate to influence how the entire subscription landscape is designed and executed across the business. Your role will directly shape how we scale recurring revenue and build a modern commercial setup that supports both customers and internal teams. Together with the Subscription Management Product Owner, you will help create a strong and future ready subscription capability.

We are looking for a curious and motivated Subscription Management Architect who is ready take our subscription based business capabilities to new heights. You achieve this through your ability to translate subscription business needs into functional system solutions and your eagerness to work across platforms that support the full subscription lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

Have experience with Oracle Subscription Management or similar platforms such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud or SAP Subscription Billing
Understand subscription-based business models and recurring revenue processes
Bring experience working with enterprise systems such as CPQ, CRM or ERP and have a basic understanding of system integrations and APIs
Work in a structured and detail-oriented way and can collaborate well with both technical and business teams
