Here Is What The Job Entails

In the role as Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in our controlling tasks, including consolidation, reporting and compliance. In this job, you will actively apply digital tools and data‑driven methods to improve quality and efficiency in our controlling operations.

More specifically, you will be:

Strengthening and optimizing financial controlling practices across international subsidiaries
Supporting financial consolidation, reporting and annual reporting
Controlling all balance sheet items, including fixed assets and projects
Participating in several cross-country projects
Participating in different compliance tasks related to VAT and TAX

As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in strengthening and optimising our financial controlling practices across international subsidiaries while working with data and digital tools. Furthermore, the role offers broad exposure to cross‑country projects and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how Finance operates across the organization.

Meet your future team

Reporting to the Financial Controlling Manager, you will become part of our Financial Controlling team consisting of 6 dedicated, highly motivated, and supportive colleagues. In addition to working closely with your team, you will collaborate across Finance and connect with colleagues from multiple functions. Together, we inspire each other to share ideas and find smarter ways of working while fostering a culture of commitment, collaboration and good colleagueship.

We are looking for a Financial Controller with a genuine passion for financial controlling and digital finance. You love exploring new systems, transforming data into actionable insights, and challenging traditional ways of working. With your curiosity and collaborative mindset, you are ready to grow because what matters most is your motivation to develop.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
Bring 3–5 years of experience in controlling, auditing, or similar roles
Have solid knowledge of consolidation, accounting standards, and internal controls
Thrive in learning new systems and creating value through data
Bring an analytical mindset

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
