Your Role
- We are looking for a Graduate for Production
- You will report to the Production Manager
As part of our graduate program, you will get real responsibility from day one and learn how airline catering operations work behind the scenes. You will:
- Help coordinate catering production to SAS (IC and European flights).
- Ensuring that meals and other deliveries are where they need to be
- Work closely with Production, Transportation, Supply, Quality and others
- Support process improvements and operational optimization projects
- Analyze data, KPI’s and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Participating in the planning- and forecasting activities process
- Learn how food safety and aviation standards work in real life
- Communicate with internal stakeholders including Commercial Operations on how to analyze, correct and prevent future deviations to standards
- Following up on OSR’s
- Learn and participate in planning of resources
- Learn and contribute to an effective operation by using lean principles
- Recently graduated from a Business College, University or Business School, ‘Danmarks Tekniske Universitet – DTU’ in areas SCM, Logistics, Operations, Hospitality, Food Technology or similar.
- Like structure – but can also handle controlled chaos.
- Are curious and eager to learn.
- Can keep calm when things move fast
- Enjoy solving problems and improving processes.
- Speak and write English professionally
- Can navigate in Excel and have technical flair.
- Like working with people and being a part of a team
- Live in Denmark or Sweden.
