As Technical Operations Manager in Technical Asset Performance DK, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous optimization of our wind portfolio. You will act as a key technical responsible within the team, taking ownership of complex technical topics and driving them from identification to resolution. Operating independently across a broad technical scope, you will serve as a central link between operations, projects and technical specialists.

Your role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for renewable energy with hands-on technical responsibility and continuous professional development. You will be one of the people responsible for the technical asset management of Eurowind Energy’s wind parks, covering everything from daily operations to complex technical investigations and long-term optimization initiatives.


Working closely with the surveillance team and local partners, you will ensure stable operation, high technical availability, and structured follow-up on incidents and maintenance activities. You will take the lead on troubleshooting and root cause analysis, coordinate major maintenance and shutdowns, and support commissioning and integration of new parks and turbines into the portfolio.


A key part of the role is to analyze and structure operational data, contributing to best-in-class asset optimization and the continuous development of monitoring systems and performance tracking platforms. You will also act as a technical sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear technical insights, reporting, and support in investor-related clarifications.


Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end technical asset management of wind parks, from infrastructure to turbine component level
  • Technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident handling
  • Planning and coordination of major maintenance activities and shutdowns
  • Technical integration and commissioning support for new parks and turbines
  • Analysis and optimization of operational data, monitoring systems, and performance platforms
  • Close collaboration with local service providers, contractors, and other technical partners
  • Technical support and reporting towards internal and external stakeholders


You are the perfect match, if…

The position requires a solid technical background and preferably experiences from renewable energy and asset management. You are comfortable taking ownership of complex technical topics and enjoy working hands-on with analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.


You work in a structured and analytical manner and are able to balance technical excellence with an understanding of the commercial impact of your decisions. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are used to working across stakeholders, cultures, and borders.


Additionally, we expect you to have:

  • A solid technical background
  • A technical education
  • Experience with wind turbines and preferably asset management
  • A strong technical toolbox and a hands-on mindset
  • Ability to work independently and drive tasks end-to-end
  • Driver’s license (B)
  • Full GWO package is considered an advantage


As you will be collaborating with colleagues and externals outside Denmark, you must be proficient in English and flexible to travel to sites or other domiciles a few times a year.

Reporting to the Manager of Asset Management Wind in Denmark and placed in our office in Hobro, you will be collaborating and coordinating with your colleagues in- and outside Denmark, especially from the Asset Management Department.
