Requirements For These Opportunities At SRE Include
- 2–3 years of electrical experience in the wind industry, preferably Vestas, proven by education and certification
- Full GWO BST + BTT Electrical & Hydraulic (in date)
- LOTO 2 (electrical) & Electrical Safety (Ordinary/Qualified Person)
- Safe Torque & Tension
- Lift User (incl. Avanti systems)
- Forklift / Telehandler
- ActSafe Power Ascender, Stop the Drop
- Valid passport & driver’s license, right to work in the EU
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written
- Install and connect electrical components of wind turbines, including cables, electrical cabinets, transformers, and control systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment, perform cleaning and greasing operations, and replace worn or defective parts.
- Electrical Troubleshooting
- Testing and Verification, perform functional tests and safety checks on electrical systems, following established procedures and ensuring compliance with current standards.
- Plan electrical maintenance interventions in collaboration with operational teams, and meet deadlines
