Our paid performance channels are a crucial pillar of our revenue generation, so there is a vital need for meticulous management to ensure effectiveness and optimize lead generation.

But don’t worry; you won’t be alone with the task – you will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and the rest of the team

What will you do as a Junior Performance Marketer?

In This Role, You Will

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Handle a specific budget and geographic regions in alignment with the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Collect and analyze insights from the CRM and internal stakeholders to enhance campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure performance targets are met.
• Implement strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance.
  
  

Your Day-to-day Tasks Include

• Regularly checking and tweaking settings in Google Ads.
• Analyzing data in Google Analytics to derive deeper insights.
• Monitoring lead quality via the CRM system (HubSpot).
• Creating reports and dashboards to track performance.
  
  

About You

We are looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to achieve results, learn, find new insights, and contribute towards Eupry's goals.

We Imagine You Have

• 8 months to 1,5 years of experience with Google Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
• A proactive approach to finding insights and learning new things.
• Impact orientation, with a focus on delivering significant results and overcoming obstacles.
  
  

And Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with making reports in Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Hubspot CRM.
• Some experience with SQL programming.
• Assisted in strategy planning for paid performance campaigns.
