Project Manager - #400906

We are looking for a Project Manager for one of our client in the Pharma Industry, who will be working closely with Track SME's to clarify scope of IT/OT solutions.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, onsite required.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Relevant educational background
• Previous experience as a Project Manager
• Strong experience with Stakeholders Management & Project Management
• Experienced within the mentioned tasks
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Person with good communication skills
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Excellent English skills - both oral and written
• Valid EU permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Work closely with Track SME's to clarify scope of IT/OT solutions
• Identify required activities for sites to be ready for operations, incl. training, documentation, asset management and develop project schedule accordingly
• Assist the Track Lead in defining the target organization for future operations and global collaboration model for Operation & Maintenance
• Work closely with local project team, to ensure that they understand the program's goals and objectives and are aligned on the approach to delivery
• Communicate to key stakeholders on progress & risk within the program
