Lenus is looking for a Legal Counsel for our Copenhagen office.

Who are we looking for?

Responsibilities

• Together with the team you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and advising on legal risk with a "less legal more people" mindset. One example is the upcoming EU regulation laying down harmonized rules on AI.
• Provide advice to various stakeholders within contracts, marketing practices, consumer protection legislation, and much more depending on Lenus' needs!
• Together with the team you will be responsible for identifying and implementing the newest legal tech.
  
  

Qualifications

• You have a Cand.merc.(jur.) or Cand.jur., with 1-3 years of relevant experience as a recent graduate.
• You have experience with privacy regulations, such as GDPR, and IT law, including relevant EU regulations.
• Experience in corporate law and drafting and negotiating IT contracts is a plus.
• You have strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, and you enjoy thinking creatively to identify solutions while working closely with various teams across the company, including our commercial, product, and engineering teams.
• You have a go-getter, optimistic attitude, a desire to learn quickly, and you're ready to contribute to Lenus' success from day one.
• You have a pragmatic approach to creative legal problem-solving, including researching novel and ambiguous legal areas.
• You enjoy having great autonomy and flexibility in your work life where you value the possibility to join a yoga class in the morning or a padel match in the afternoon.
