The Eurowind Energy Graduate Program is a 2-year international career journey with three rotations including one international rotation. Your workplace will be at our HQ in Hobro or in one of our 15 offices across Europe.

We are currently looking for candidates within Supply chain, Logistics and operations.

About the Supply Chain track:

First rotation will be in our asset management combined with our procurement department. We are building renewables (Wind, Solar, PtX) across Europe and US and are expanding massively. This means that our demand for digitalization and processes around the supply change is growing. You will have an active role in building a supply change governance structure globally together with the existing team. Finding the best ways in moving spare parts around Europe, building up stocks globally and doing the full calculation behind this will be some of your main tasks during the graduate program. You will also be part of our procurement team, as procurement and supply chain are linked. As for all our graduate programs one of the rotations will be at one of our 15 local offices.

Your profile

You are curious, ambitious and eager to develop both yourself and our company. You are not afraid to independently seek new solutions and act on them. You are ready to accelerate your career and take a step towards an international career direction.

You are committed to our company statement “Renewable energy is never alternative”.

Your additional qualifications:

• You might hold a Master in Global Logistics and Supply Chain, Operations and Supply Chain Management or another relevant Master degree.
• Strong communicator with solid English language skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as a high degree of adaptability and flexibility
• Ready to re-locate in one of our subsidiaries in Europe for at least 6 months of your graduate journey
• You need to have graduated before the program launches 1st of September 2024.
