About The Project

We're on the lookout for a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to help co-found our Menopause venture. As the CCO, you'll be at the Commercial driver's seat, steering the strategic direction and overall management of the project. Collaborating closely with our team, your role will involve pioneering innovative products and services that cater to the diverse symptoms and challenges of menopause. Perimenopause and menopause are pivotal life stages for women, with profound physical and emotional implications. Here at KRING, we understand the hurdles women face during this time, from a lack of education and awareness to the stigma surrounding menopause and its treatments. That's why we're dedicated to supporting women's health through evidence-based, compassionate solutions.

The Concept

We are building a digital platform that helps women tackle midlife challenges, including menopause, and regain their vitality by enhancing sleep quality, addressing weight gain, bolstering physical strength, and elevating self-confidence, one bite-sized step at a time.

Our Solution Includes Several Components

• Data gathering via self-assessment (and over time wearables integration and blood tests) to enable personalization
• Tailored evidence-based recommendations on small easy fixes: from impactful tiny daily hacks to supplements and product recommendations
• Personalized wellness programs, designed by menopause experts for midlife women, focused on fitness routines, emotional management techniques, meal plans, and sleep habits
• Supportive community and knowledge hub to build awareness and share experiences

About The Role

We're seeking a Commercial Entrepreneur in Residence (Co-Founder) to join us in this transformative journey. You will play a pivotal role in reshaping the Menopause landscape across the Nordics, and essentially, the entire European market. The role entails the below responsibilities, but as in every entrepreneurial journey, other tasks may arise throughout the building process:

• Define and execute the strategy and operations of the business towards profitable, sustainable growth.
• Validate value proposition/ product-market fit and identify target customer segments
• Convert the project concept into a feasible business model.
• Develop the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
• Design and implement the go-to-market strategy.
• Lead and motivate a high-potential team to achieve set objectives.
  
  

About You

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a demonstrated passion for and understanding of menopause.
• Experience in operating within high-growth startups or scale-ups is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, or commercial lead of Saas or digital health companies is desirable and advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for women's health and wellness.
• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or related industries preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Knowledge of menopause and women's health issues is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Practical Information: As an Entrepreneur in Residence at KRING, you will be an integral part of our venture-building team, accelerating our venture's growth trajectory. Upon successfully validating the Menopause project, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Co-Founder role, with a competitive startup salary and equity package, driving the strategic direction of the new venture.

• Timeline: Ongoing interviews with a final application deadline on May 15th. The start date is flexible based on finding the right candidate.
