What We Are Looking For

We’re seeking a driven Fullstack developer that can take responsibility in building our Saas platform from scratch. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one and help shape the future of Skill3. We would prefer someone living close to the Copenhagen/Malmö area as we see great value in working closer with each other at this stage

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our SaaS platform, from architecture design to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define technical requirements and prioritize development tasks.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in our product development process.
• Contribute to all aspects of software development, including frontend and backend coding, database management, and system architecture.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our platform.

Interview process

Step 1: Meet and greet - Let’s kick off with a 30-minute intro call. Get to know us and share your story!

Step 2: Deep dive - Meeting to deep dive into Skill3 and talk about the company together

Step 3: Presentation and team activity - Based on step 2 we want you to make a short presentation or plan on how you would build our platform from a technical point of view. After we will celebrate with a fun team activity!
