Student Assistant – Training Readiness and Support

Exciting Opportunity! Become a Student Assistant in Training Readiness and Support at AGC Biologics in Copenhagen! Here you will get hands-on experience coordinating and driving training initiatives. Join our dynamic and international team, committed to delivering excellence Right. On Time!

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring training documentation is in compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDocP)
  • Maintaining training platforms
  • Archiving training documentations
  • Supporting the team with project-specific tasks
  • Performing administrative tasks for daily operations and onboarding

Requirements

  • Tackle tasks with energy, curiosity and a positive attitude
  • Complete tasks with the highest quality and quick turnaround
  • Have a service mindset and love to help your colleagues
  • Professional communication skills in English, verbal as well as written. Danish is not a requirement
  • Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week

If you have experience with developing eye catching and engaging e-learning content (e.g. using Articulate 360 or similar, video recording and editing software etc.) or experience with new learning technologies such as VR, AR, MR, Simulation, Gamification, and other educational technology, there will be opportunities to develop innovative training materials, creating and editing video material to be used in e-Learnings.
