For our team in Global Safety & Resilience (‘S&R’ - which covers Health, Safety, Environment, Security & Business Resilience) we are looking for a Senior Integration & Growth manager, who is eager to drive our S&R Integration and Growth initiatives managing stakeholders across multiple functions in Maersk.

As a pivotal figure within the S&R organization, you will drive our integration and growth initiatives, ensuring they seamlessly align with business goals while upholding our steadfast commitment to safety and resilience.

In this role you will be part of the diverse Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) & S&R Transformation Function, consisting of very dedicated and passionate colleagues based in our Headquarters in Copenhagen, and you will report directly to the Global Head of Health, Safety, Environment & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Development of the Growth and Integration Strategy: Define and refine integration and growth strategies aligned with A. P. Moller - Maersk's business objectives, prioritizing safety and resilience. Create and update related handbooks to ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

Project Management: Oversee integration and growth projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project delivery processes.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations. Cultivate strong relationships to facilitate seamless project execution.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with integration and growth initiatives. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard project success supporting our S&R regional teams and stakeholders.

Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security of integrated data. Address data quality issues in collaboration with relevant teams.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration and growth processes, ensuring accessibility and relevance to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to uphold the standards of integration and growth projects.

Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members involved in integration and growth initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integration and growth projects, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

Troubleshooting and Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integrations and growth projects.

In periods with low demand on growth and integration initiatives, the role supports various strategic S&R projects.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a requirement.
