Seize the opportunity to make a significant impact as a Finance and Payroll Administrator at Eupry, where you will play a significant role in employee and customer relations, as well as overall administrative efficiency!

What will you do as a Finance and Payroll Administrator?

Your Day-to-day Tasks Will Include

  • Overseeing finance administration such as invoicing and debt collection.
  • Handling HR administration duties like contract management and addendums.
  • Pension and payroll management
  • Updating forecasts and supporting the preparation of the annual report.
  • Contacting our customers via phone or email to inquire about outstanding debts
  • Managing reimbursements, including those for trainees, and employees on parental leave
  • Navigating through systems like e-conomic and our Admin panel to gather and present detailed customer information

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is persistent, reliable, and an excellent record-keeper, with an ability to communicate with discretion and ease. You should have a systematic approach to managing tasks and a strong sense of responsibility. The role requires:

  • Administration experience.
  • Trustworthiness and the ability to keep things confidential.
  • Tech savviness
  • Being service-minded
  • Candidates proficient in handling financial data in Excel will be prioritized
  • Knowledge of Danish is a benefit, as well as experience with payroll in Denmark.
