The role:
The Senior IMS Specialist will play a crucial role in further evolving and maintaining our Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Certification. The successful candidate will integrate new international standards (ISO 17020, ISO 50001, etc.), and sustainability into our IMS, ensuring compliance with legal, customer, and MWS requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Further develop, implement, and maintain the existing IMS Certification of MWS (main focus on ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001).
- Together with relevant stakeholders plan, coordinate and conduct internal and external (customer, supplier and subcontractors) audits and verify compliance with MWS standards and legal requirements.
- Lead initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements, streamline processes, eliminate waste, enhance efficiency and drive implementation.
- Integrate new international standards and sustainability practices into the IMS (such as 50001, 17020, etc. ).
- Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on IMS requirements, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain close and constructive contact with customers and third parties to address any issues effectively and constructively.
- Together with relevant stakeholders across company, ensure successful implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company (IMS) objectives.
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Valid Lead Auditor certification and relevant IMS-related training.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IMS preparation and implementation.
- Comprehensive understanding of ISO High-Level Structure (HLS).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, initiative-driven, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and computer literacy.
- Fluent in English
