Our specialty is cryogenic pump solutions for green transition energy sources and Power-to-X.

Today we are 400+ multinational employees at Svanehøj that operate from 7 locations around the world, proudly serving our growing customer base and new markets for greener fuels.

Together with 10 talented and diverse engineers/technicians your job will be to specify pumps for new sales orders, product development, and implementation.

The tasks are versatile, and we work individually as well as in project-oriented teams, and we are continuously in close dialog with both colleagues inside the organisation, customers, and suppliers. Our department is the technical knowledge centre for other departments within the company, such as Sales, Project Management, and Production. We lead our Innovation Lab where we build new prototypes and test our new ideas.

We have competent and inspiring colleagues in our team, and we use state of the art tools for developing the best solutions for our customers. The position:

Your primary work focus will be mechanical design and development of pump solutions, including:

• Design/configuration of products, based on customer needs.
• Cooperation with Sales and Service in relation to customer needs
• Participation in implementation of new R&D development projects
• Development of new solutions and concepts
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Analysis and optimisation of existing solutions - design for manufacturing
  
  
  

About you:

You have an educational background as Mechanical engineer og Marine engineer with a specialization in mechanical construction, including:

• Experience within 2D and 3D CAD (NX & Autocad)
• Experience with use of PLM tools (Teamcenter), not a requirement.
• Knowledge of FEM
• Experience with cross-functional teamwork.
• Has a creative personality who, in collaboration with other team members, will actively participate in finding innovative solutions that customers will recognize as adding value by combining functionality and aesthetics.
• Like to be involved in future development of our department and our products.
