About Us:

Inpay, headquartered in the heart of Copenhagen, is seeking a Senior IT Operations Specialist to join our IT Operations team. As a seasoned professional, you’ll work closely with senior technicians, guiding and mentoring them while assisting and supporting end-users with any IT-related issues they encounter. Your role extends beyond traditional IT support – you’ll bridge the gap between our tech-savvy and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1st Level IT Support: Deliver a first-class user experience by providing timely and effective IT support. You’ll also create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for solutions
• User Onboarding and Off-boarding: Make a lasting impression on employees during their onboarding process and ensure smooth off-boarding procedures
• Access and Asset Management: Implement and follow best practices for access control and asset management
• Data Governance: Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance
• Azure Cloud Services: Gain expertise in Azure cloud technologies and contribute to our cloud-based solutions
• Leadership: Provide guidance to junior team members, foster a collaborative environment, and drive continuous improvement
  
  
  

Your Profile:

• Education: You hold relevant qualifications in IT support, IT administration, or a related field
• Technical Acumen: You have a solid understanding of IT, networks, and servers
• Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with Windows, Mac, iOS, O365, and Office applications
• IT Principles: Knowledge of core IT principles, including license management, identity management, and security risks
• Language Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, with additional experience in leadership or mentoring roles
• Cloud Enthusiast: Eager to learn and grow in the cloud space
• Customer-Oriented: Passionate about assisting colleagues and providing exceptional service
