The Position
As an Environmental Monitoring Supporter, you will play a key role in our aseptic production, working on daily operations activities and providing 1st line support in the factory.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with all departments and stakeholders, ensuring knowledge sharing and information flow.
• Providing daily support to the Environmental Assistant and training colleagues to ensure compliance.
• Handling deviations and change requests.
• Updating standard operating procedures.
• Reviewing batch documentation and logbooks.

Qualifications

Your experiences include:

• A degree in Engineering, Natural Science, Biology, Chemistry, or another relevant field. We will also consider those without a degree, but with clear experience within the area.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with exposure to aseptic production.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and confidence in presenting to authorities during audits and inspections, as well as interacting with various departments.
• Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills in both Danish and English.

About The Department

The Environmental Supporter role is part of our aseptic facility team. We operate, develop, and optimize effective quality processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. We strive for standardization, digitalization, and simplification of processes and procedures. Our goal is to provide adequate training and support for quality processes within the Quality Management System.

Aseptic Production site Kalundborg is part of Biotech & Rare Disease. At our site in Kalundborg, we are more than 600 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimise our processes and invest in the latest technology.
