About The Role
As a Strategy Manager at atNorth, you'll collaborate closely with our strategy team, shaping our company's long-term goals and OKR framework. You'll lead engaging departmental workshops, streamlining the OKR process to meet evolving business needs while diving into insightful market research to unveil strategic growth opportunities. Fostering seamless collaboration across all departments, you'll ensure the effective integration of initiatives and champion atNorth's strategy internally and externally, forging strong relationships with analysts and advisors.

Your background
- A few years of experience in a strategy-related role, with a preference for consulting or corporate backgrounds.
- A bachelor's degree in Strategy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A proven track record of successfully developing and implementing corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information with clarity.
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- English is a requirement, and another Nordic language is a bonus
