What we offer

Join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team to help brand Milestone as a preferred employer. You will work closely with both our Communication and Marketing departments and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization at a global level on diverse projects. You will have the opportunity to apply your educational knowledge in real-world scenarios, take the lead in projects and have the freedom to execute your innovative and creative ideas. Our developed Employer Branding Playbook will be your working guideline.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Event management including coordinating and facilitating internal events and career fairs at Danish universities.
• Analyzing profiles to generate data-driven insights aimed at targeting specific personas effectively.
• Continuously assess Danish universities and relevant educational institutions to pinpoint potential candidates and collaboration opportunities, while also enhancing our visibility on campuses.
• Collecting and writing employee stories from various business sectors and creating engaging content for social media to attract potential candidates.

Your profile

• You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
• You study for a bachelor’s or master’s degree within a relevant field of study with 2-3 years left until final graduation.
• You must be able to work approx. 15 hours per week – we will of course make room for exams and the like.
